Getting Started
What is Makkan coaching?+
Makkan offers life and mindset coaching for professionals across the United States who want clarity, confidence, and a practical path forward. Sessions focus on real goals — career transitions, habit change, leadership growth, and personal direction — with structured follow-up so progress continues between calls.
How do I book my first session?+
Start with a free discovery call through our contact page. We'll discuss your goals, answer questions, and recommend the right program — one-on-one coaching, group coaching, or the Mindset Reset. Booking takes just a few minutes.
Do you work with clients outside the United States?+
All sessions are conducted virtually, so location is flexible. Our primary focus is serving clients based in the United States, with scheduling aligned to U.S. time zones.
What happens on a discovery call?+
A discovery call is a 20-minute conversation to understand where you are, what you want to change, and whether Makkan is the right fit. There's no pressure — just an honest conversation about your next step.
Programs & Pricing
What's the difference between life coaching and mindset coaching?+
Life coaching tends to focus on goals, decisions, and life direction. Mindset coaching goes deeper into the beliefs and patterns that drive behavior. At Makkan, we blend both — helping you clarify what you want and shift how you think about getting there.
How much does coaching cost?+
One-on-one sessions start at $195, group coaching from $97/month, and the 6-week Mindset Reset from $1,200. Exact pricing depends on your program and session frequency. We'll outline everything clearly before you commit.
Can I switch between programs?+
Yes. Many clients start with one-on-one coaching and later join a group program, or vice versa. We'll adjust your plan as your needs evolve.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?+
One-on-one sessions can be booked individually or in packages. Group programs and the Mindset Reset have defined durations. We'll discuss terms upfront so you know exactly what you're signing up for.
Sessions & Scheduling
How often should I meet with my coach?+
Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly for one-on-one coaching. Group programs follow a set schedule. We'll recommend a rhythm that supports your goals without overwhelming your calendar.
What if I need to reschedule?+
Life happens. Reschedule with at least 24 hours notice and we'll find a new time. We send reminders and follow up so sessions stay on track.
Are sessions virtual or in-person?+
All sessions are held virtually via video call. You'll receive a link when you book. This keeps scheduling simple and lets you join from anywhere.
How long is each session?+
One-on-one sessions are 60 minutes. Group sessions run 90 minutes. The Mindset Reset includes weekly 60-minute calls plus between-session exercises.
Results & Support
How quickly will I see results?+
Many clients feel clearer after the first session. Lasting change typically builds over 4–8 weeks of consistent coaching. Your pace depends on your goals, commitment, and willingness to apply what we discuss.
What makes Makkan different from other coaches?+
We prioritize follow-up and scheduling. Too many coaches lose ready-to-buy leads because there's no system to book the next call. Makkan builds that into every program — so you always know your next step.
Do you offer support between sessions?+
Yes. Depending on your program, you'll receive check-in messages, reflection prompts, or async support. The goal is momentum — not waiting until the next call to make progress.
